How to disable pop-up blockers

Firefox

  • Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
  • Select the Content section.
  • Make sure the "Block Popup Windows" box is unchecked.

Internet Explorer

  • Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
  • Select the Privacy tab.
  • Make sure the "Block pop-ups" box is unchecked.

Other browsers
