Here are some handy tips from the MoneyBackMadness Team to keep you looking radiant.

Weight Watchers Holland & Barret

  1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Get plenty of fresh foods, don't forget '5 a day'. Everything in moderation (even chocolate!)


  2. Look for hidden calories (something may be 'Low Fat') But always read the label to check the calorie and sugar levels.


  3. Exercise (I know it sounds like hard work!) But you will really feel the benefits. Not only will it get you into shape, strengthen your heart, improve your sleep, but it also releases endorphins which help you to feel good! (If you haven't exercised in a while, seek medical advice to avoid injury.)


  4. Drink plenty (of water!) 6-8 glasses a day is the usual rule, but have more if it's a hot day - make sure you stay hydrated!


  5. Look after your skin, use a good moisturiser day and night.


  6. Try a 'Leave In' conditioner weekly to help your hair shine!


  7. If you feel like you are missing out on certain vitamins and minerals, (maybe if you know your diet isn't covering a certain food type) there are plenty of Health Food shops who will offer advice on this subject.
